Previous incidents

A faulty database resulted in the app being unavailable from 21.15 until 22.15. The issue has been resolved, and no data has been affected or lost.

A planned database upgrade took longer than expected, resulting in a ~2min outage on the app.herodesk.io service. It was resolved within the two minutes, after which normal operations resumed.
